we hear the word Padang, we certainly will remember the restaurant

namely :
- Dagiang ( Beef ) , is a symbol of niniak Mamak ( indigenous tribe leaders )
- Karambia ( Coconut ), is a symbol of Cadiak Smart ( Intellectuals )
- Lado ( Chili ), is a symbol of Muslim Scholars spicy, expressly to teach Syarak ( religion )

2. Lado Itiak Hijau

When we traveling into Aceh Province we will meet, local foods from this city. these some of foods from this province you can taste.
1 . Keumamah
Often called the wooden fish , a traditional food of Aceh's most in demand by the people of Aceh . Besides having a delicious and unique taste , this fish is made of tuna that has been boiled , then dried and cut into small slices .Cooked with coconut milk, potatoes, green peppers and other spices . These durable wooden fish to take long trips, so it can be used as stock when transit . These food was have during the Aceh war against the Dutch in the forest, these foods are very famous because it is very easy to carry and cooked.
2 . Sie Reuboh
